Description

Now available for the ever-popular Hellcat micro 9mm EDC pistol is a 3.8” Threaded Barrel w/ Self-Indexing Compensator kit. This drop-in system is designed to work with any standard configuration Hellcat 9mm pistol and features a black Melonite finish for rust-resistance and lubricity as well as 1/2x28 threading. The compensator, included with the threaded barrel, helps reduce muzzle rise and perceived recoil.

  • For use in any 3" Hellcat pistol configuration. (will not fit the California specific version of Hellcat, model HC9319BOSPCA) Works in all other standard 3" Hellcats, just not the California version 
  • WILL NOT FIT THE HELLCAT PRO!  FOR USE WITH STANDARD HELLCAT CONFIGURATIONS ONLY!

COMPACT & CAPABLE

The included compensator is machined from 8082 aluminum and anodized matte black. The patent-pending self indexing design makes installation or removal easy and does not require shims or additional parts for proper timing.

THREAD PROTECTOR INCLUDED

A thread protector is included to protect the barrel threads when a muzzle device is not installed.

REDUCES MUZZLE RISE

The compensator vents gasses upward, putting downward pressure on the muzzle and greatly reducing muzzle rise for better control and faster follow up shots.

SELF INDEXING DESIGN

No additional shims or parts for proper timing needed. The patent-pending design of the compensator ensures it is properly timed in seconds.

COMPATIBLE WITH ANY 3" HELLCAT

The drop-in 3.8" factory threaded barrel with compensator is compatible with any 3-inch Hellcat handgun.

    Bought this when it finally came back in stock hoping it would calm down this angry little hellcat! Finally got to shoot with it installed and man what a difference! It made it so much easier to get follow up shots. I absolutely love this gun but was considering getting rid of it if the compensator didn't help. I also added a streamlight tlr-7 sub ultra and the added weight from that makes it even better! What an awesome design from Springfield! Definitely worth the money to me!

    Figured out you have to push realllllly hard on the self indexing clip to make it work. Disregard negative review.

    Little extra help

    Was a little skeptical about this compensator. Ordered it and was processed promptly. Was surprised when I lookup at my front gate to see FedEx a day EARLY with my package. I installed it right away, if you can clean your firearm, you can install this. Basically you swap the barrel. Since there were no included instructions, it took me a little to figure pressing the indexing lever at the proper time to allow the compensator to fully thread onto the barrel. I test fired with the thread protector cap and again with the compensator. I could feel some improvement in muzzle rise. Had my wife video both and I could see the difference as well. Happy with my purchase.

    Hellcat threaded barrel & compensator

    Received my “kit” today…..installed it and went to the range. This setup is EXCEPTIONAL! It takes the “bark” out of the recoil. Way more manageable and right back on target. Highly recommend! Well done SPRINGFIELD!!!!!!!
